Shipping and Return Policy
If you are dissatisfied with one of our products for any reason, we will refund the amount you paid, less any applicable shipping and handling charges for unused product. Refund requests must be made within thirty (30) days of the date of receipt of shipment by calling Consumer Relations 866-972-4739. Promptly following our receipt of your request, we will credit the amount paid for the returned product, less any applicable shipping and handling charges, to the Payment Method you used to make the original purchase. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we do not control when a specific credit card or Payment Method company processes a chargeback transaction. You are responsible for contacting your Payment Method company if you have questions about the status of the chargeback. We will not provide a refund for a request that is received by us more than thirty (30) days after the receipt date of shipment or used products. We also do not provide a refund for returned products that are damaged or lost in transit or that are damaged due to misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse or other abnormal use.
Shipping dates are estimates only. All shipments are sent via the U.S. Postal Service or a suitable third-party carrier. The risk of loss and title for all products purchased via the Website pass to you upon delivery of the products to the carrier.
